This page explains the terms of use that apply when you use the Scar mobile app ("Scar", "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal data is handled.

Scope of the Service

Scar offers vehicle catalog browsing, favorites, a garage, and AI-generated vehicle videos/images from photos you upload. Browsing the catalog doesn't require an account; an account is required for the garage, favorites sync, and AI video generation.

Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure.
You may not share your account with others or use the app unlawfully or outside its intended purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Premium Membership and Tokens

Auto-renewalPremium membership is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly/yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal charge is billed within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.

Managing and cancelingYou can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, any remaining trial time is forfeited.

TokensTokens are an in-app balance spent on specific features such as AI video/image generation; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

RefundsAll payments are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled through Apple's own process (reportaproblem.apple.com). Scar cannot issue refunds directly through the app.

Content You Upload

By uploading vehicle photos for AI video/image generation, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. This content is used solely for the generation request you make and is not shared or used for any other purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Scar is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of the page is updated for any material change. If you don't agree with the current terms, you should stop using the app.
